In our forties, we have a confidence we likely have not had in our earlier years.

My hope for this project is that the women participating can feel as amazing as they really are and that the women who read their story can be inspired.

Where were you born and raised?

Cincinnati, Ohio.


What is your favorite memory from childhood?

Hands down swimming every summer at our neighborhood pool! Love me some Sun!

 

What did you want to be when you grew up?

A dancer.

 

What do you do for a living?

I manage a smaller church office part time, work at a local retail store part time, Mary Kay consultant part time and float around some gig work in between.

 

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

My relationships with each of my girls.

 

Were there any challenges you had to overcome to get here?

An array of challenges. . . mental health issues with my family, breast cancer SURVIVOR and divorce.

 

Do you have a life motto or favorite quote? Tell me why you like it.

You know it’s time when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of changing. I’ve lived it! Comes straight from the heart!

 

What do you like to do in your free time?

Love to garden and go dancing!

 

Tell me about your family!

have 3 gorgeous daughters and my mom, brothers and sisters all live in Cincinnati.

 

What do you hope your children take away from you being their mother?

To Hug and love everyday and that Grit is essential!

 

What do you want people to remember most about you?

That they always have a friend in me! and that smiling is the one of the easiest gestures you can pay someone so they feel appreciated!
